do i pay sales tax?

all orders shipping to georgia are subject to sales tax and where applicable will be added to your final order total.

how will tinyDESIGN handle my customer information?

tinyDESIGN works hard to ensure your privacy. we never sell or distribute any customer information, under any circumstance.

how will my order ship and when can I expect delivery?

all orders are shipped via united states postal service. orders received by 1:00 PM EST usually ship the next business day. we cannot ship to post office boxes.

what are my shipping options?

tinyDESIGN orders received by 1:00 PM EST ship via united states postal service the next business day. we will email you a tracking number when your order ships. please email us at info@tinyDESIGN.net for shipping rates outside the 48 contiguous united states. for international orders email us at info@tinyDESIGN.net.

how can I track my order?

tinyDESIGN will email you a usps tracking number when your order ships. if you have lost your email confirmation, please email info@tinyDESIGN.net and we will resend your information. if you have not received a shipping confirmation and you placed your order more than 2 days ago please call 404.418.8164, or email info@tinyDESIGN.net, and we will help answer any questions.

can I have my items gift wrapped?

we’re sorry, but at this time, we do not offer gift wrapping, however, a gift card or message may be enclosed if requested. keep in mind that our packaging is super cute and we think you don’t even need to wrap it!

what is tinyDESIGN’s return & exchange policy?

if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange.

returns
if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your tinyDESIGN purchase, we will gladly accept returns within thirty (30) days of receipt of your order. all sale or discounted merchandise is final sale.

all returned merchandise must be unused; in the original packaging; and include all parts. opened packages may be subject to additional fees if any items and/or documentation are missing.

all returns must include receive a "return goods authorization" number (ra#). simply send an e-mail to info@tinyDESIGN.net. to request your ra#. please include your original transaction number with your request. your return authorization will include all the necessary information on where to send your return. credit will not be issued without prior authorization for the return from tinyDESIGN.

tinyDESIGN is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. we suggest you ship your return insured and in a traceable manner.

your original form of payment will be refunded for the purchase price and any applicable sales tax. shipping charges are non-refundable. please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

how do I return a gift?

you may return items that were received as a gift even if your order was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase. tinyDESIGN will send you a gift certificate for the amount of the returned items.
